Individual distribution
Save time with just-in-time master data maintenance: We take over the individual adjustment of the EV delivery quantities depending on the occasion, e.g. increase the delivery quantities around holidays or react to changing sales figures. At the desired frequency, we post and invoice the stored EV delivery quantities and reported returns for you and send them to the publisher as a PDF. From the publisher, only the postal dispatch takes place. In the case of special promotions, we take care of entering and maintaining all data and preparing it for dispatch.

Our inbound call center is also available to your customers. We set up a telephone hotline for all incoming customer and publisher calls. The processing of customer concerns from interruptions, credit notes to address changes, etc. takes place easily and conveniently for you in our publishing service. The daily maintenance and dispatch run, PA and district data as well as the forwarding of the prepared print and logistics data as dispatch papers to the publisher, printer and delivery service as well as the monthly invoicing of all subscriptions are also carried out by us.

Basic data maintenance
The publication calendar required for subscription, PA and accounts receivable accounting is adjusted annually to publication dates and holidays. We store any price adjustments in the basic data and, if necessary, set up new price groups.

Do you need lists of specific areas and topics? Have the various reports compiled for you at the push of a button. All inflows and outflows can easily be sorted by subscription type and provided with a PDF letter. Or use the monthly complaint statistics as a basis for negotiations with your delivery companies.

We take care of the processing of complaints and the corresponding credit notes as well as the monthly invoicing. In addition, we can generate commission statements for representatives. According to your specifications, we deposit customer blocks and remove them again when you give us the go-ahead.

Accounts receivable
Based on the data from subscriptions and advertisements, we generate credit and debit files and transfer them to the respective bank for execution – including collection, import and posting of account statements.

Financial accounting services
We book your daily business transactions in an uncomplicated way with many cost and time advantages. Our team of experienced financial accountants is at your disposal as an external accounting department.
