ready2box. Another HUP business. In this area HUP provides efficient, inexpensive and self-explanatory Software as a Service (SAAS) solutions to companies, self-employed and private users.

Main tasks:

You will support our customers primarily by telephone and remotely and ensure that they receive the best possible service.

Your professional and committed handling of service requests is focused on the satisfaction of our customers and thus also on the success of our company.

Main areas of activity:

  • You support our customers regarding the products installed and commissioned by HUP.

  • You are a representative of our company, you like to “bite” your way through tricky issues and proudly present solutions, WorkArrounds and recommended process changes to your customer personally in word and text. In difficult phases of your work you will of course be supported by the product owners, the developers and the whole team.

  • You will look after our customers in such a way that software service requests and orders are clarified, checked and completed to the satisfaction of the customers within a reasonable time.

  • In cooperation with the team management and development you will analyse software errors and provide solutions for the customers.

  • You are also responsible for the conception and execution of appropriate test scenarios to ensure the (largely) error-free delivery of existing and new program versions.

  • After appropriate training, you will be able to assist the administrators and key users of our customers at eye level with configuration adjustments and form changes, and you will be able to clarify customer requests regarding program additions, changes and training needs.



  • Publishing house clerk (f/m/d), media clerk (f/m/d), computer scientist (f/m/d), IT specialist (f/m/d), information technology clerk (f,m,d), programmer (f/m/d) or similar

  • Career changers (f/m/d) with very good knowledge are also welcome.

Knowledge and experience

think media. “Stable smell” is an advantage and you should be familiar with the tasks and procedures in media companies, whether daily newspaper, weekly newspaper or magazine. Ideally you have also worked with special software for publishers.
